  • Photographs and video footage of you, your event, or people and locations connected to your booking;

  • Associated metadata (date, time, location data where enabled, camera settings, etc.).

These images and footage may reveal information such as your appearance, relationships, and details about the event (e.g., weddings, religious ceremonies).

8.2 Oregon Consumer Privacy Act (OCPA) and other state laws
